1. Introduction & Agreement
Welcome to Ekdanta Studio. By accessing our platform, uploading designs, commission requests, or placing orders, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them thoroughly before proceeding with any transaction.
There is no physical written or printed policy document booklet.
All interactions, services, and transactions are governed solely by these online rules. This digital agreement serves as the entire and only official statement of policies between customers and the Ekdanta Studio administrative team. No physical catalogs or policies are issued.
2. Handcrafted Quality & 3D Variations
Every artifact created by Ekdanta is a custom commission constructed using state-of-the-art 3D printing (additive manufacturing) and hand-finishing techniques.
Due to the nature of layered fabrication, minor surface variations, micro-textures, lines, or subtle hand-sanded details are natural characteristics of the production process. These features are not defects, but are considered part of the unique artistic value of custom handmade craftwork.
3. Ordering & Customization Integrity
Once an order is submitted on the storefront or via our contact inquiry panels, our craftsmen begin raw material allocation, slice configuration, and queuing printers immediately.
Strict Ordering Policy:
No items will be modified, altered, or rewritten once the order placement is completed. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that upload dimensions, text requests, sizing configurations, and delivery details are 100% accurate before checking out.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
Because every artifact is custom handcrafted and configured precisely to your files, we enforce a strict No-Return Policy.
No items will be returned, returned for credit, or exchanged once ordered. We do not support returns based on subjective preferences or buyer's remorse.
In the extremely rare event that an item arrives with structural failures or heavy physical transit damages, please submit an inquiry with supporting media within 24 hours of delivery. Upon validation, the studio team will issue a structural replacement at no extra charge.
5. Cancellations & Refund Processing
We understand that plans can change. Customers are permitted to cancel their order and request a full refund **only** while the order status is in the Order Placed or Confirmed phase (before the model preparation and fabrication process begins).
To guarantee absolute quality and design precision, once our engineering team verifies the model slicing parameters and updates the status to Processing or Printing, the raw materials are committed and printers are locked. **From this point forward, we enforce a strictly no-refund policy once purchased.**
Refund Processing SLA & Details:
If an eligible order cancellation is completed and approved, the funds will be credited directly back to the original payment source (UPI, Card, Netbanking, etc.). Refund processing timelines settle in 3 to 4 business days as provided by the payment gateway, depending on banking conditions.
6. File Uploads & Intellectual Property
All custom files (STL/OBJ format) uploaded for custom commissions remain the absolute intellectual property of the customer.
Ekdanta guarantees that uploaded design files will never be reused, sold, or shared with third-party vendors. Your files are deleted from our local active printer databases within 30 days after successful order shipping and receipt.
7. Support & Assistance
If you have queries, dispute reviews, or custom configuration questions, please log into your account and submit an inquiry through your dashboard. Our administrators will promptly update your status and connect directly via your email.
