1. Customized Non-Returnable Items
Every artifact and commission produced in the Ekdanta studio is custom-crafted, sliced, and printed to order. Due to this high level of personalization, we do not offer generic returns, product exchanges, or buyer's remorse trade-ins.
Policy Notice: No physical policy booklet is shipped with packages. All orders conform strictly to these digitally active conditions.
2. Cancellation Evaluation
Orders are fully eligible for direct cancellation through your dashboard only while in the Order Placed status.
Our workshop team will contact the customer directly via email, mobile, or phone to confirm all dimensional and physical specifications before initiating fabrication. Once this verbal or digital verification is finished, the order is marked as Confirmed and enters printing pipelines. Due to dedicated custom material sizing, confirmed orders can no longer be cancelled.
3. Predictable Refund Timeline
Upon administrative cancellation validation, your money is processed back to your original source of transaction.
Refund credits predictably clear and reflect inside your bank account within 3 to 4 business days. In rare instances involving banking holidays, clearances may take up to a week.
4. Transit Damage & Replacement Reprint
While we take maximum care during protective wrapping and double-boxing, additive prints can occasionally suffer damage during logistics.
If your package arrives physically broken, please upload high-resolution proof photos through the Customer Inquiries dashboard within 24 hours of receipt. Once confirmed, we will reprint the exact order and ship it to you free of charge.
